Same day appointments are welcomed during business hours, however, please call for same day appointment to check for availability. Same day appointments are not allowed for parties greater than 4. If an appointment needs to be cancelled, please do so within 2 hours of appointment time. Appointments will be cancelled for arrivals more than 15 minutes after the appointment time. No refund will be processed for missed appointments without notification at least 2 hours prior the scheduled appointment time or late arrivals after 15 minutes.

Payment must be made at the time of booking unless other arrangements have been agreed upon with the owner. An invoice will be sent to clients making appointments by phone or online chat.

Credit, debit, FSA, and HSA card payment methods are accepted. Cash payments are accepted but not preferred as cash is not kept on hand for change. Please note, most FSA and HSA accounts are accepted. If a payment is declined by HSA/FSA, it is related to that bank.

Mobile service is available for IV drip services ONLY, NOT injections only. The service(s) require a minimum duration of 30 minutes to qualify for mobile service. There is a fee for all mobile appointments up to a 25 miles from the IV clinic location. The fee schedule is as follows: $50 fee up to 5 miles; $75 fee from 6-15 miles; $100 fee from 16- 25 miles.
