Relax & Revive, LLC is an IV Vitamin & Hydration Service specializing in intravenous (IV) and intramuscular (IM) injections of vitamins, minerals, amino acids and more for nutritional and wellness benefits.  We provide personalized sessions designed to hydrate, rejuvenate, and repair your body. Services can be performed at our private location or at a location of your choosing for your convenience. All patients and treatments are evaluated and approved by a licensed, board-certified nurse practitioner under the supervision of a collaborating physician.
