** Appointment cancellation is required within 2 hours of the appointment time.
** Late Arrival: Arrival 15 minutes or more after the scheduled appointment time is considered a late arrival. The appointment will be cancelled and will need to be rescheduled by the client. No refunds will be issued for late arrivals.
** Clients will be sent a reminder of the scheduled appointment time at least 24 hours in advance.
